📝 Booking Terms & Conditions

Please review our event guidelines before finalizing your reservation inquiry:

Booking Advance: A 50% advance deposit of the total estimated event charge is required to officially lock and secure your chosen date.

Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the scheduled event setup begins.

Setup Timeline: Standard event slot timings must be adhered to. Early access for corporate branding banners or ritual decorations must be coordinated and approved in advance by the hotel management.

Audio & Sound Guidelines: For commercial presentations or party music, sound levels must comply with indoor volume limits to maintain a professional environment for other hotel residents.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Advance deposits are non-refundable if the event booking is cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled date, as smaller hall slots are highly sought after.

Rescheduling Flexibility: For cancellation requests made more than 15 days in advance, the deposit may be adjusted toward rescheduling the meeting or party to a mutually available future date.

Force Majeure: In the event of sudden administrative restrictions or natural emergency situations, bookings can be shifted to a future open date without penalty.
